Kalm Estate Agents are pleased to announce their 1st competition with a fantastic prize of an annual pass to 360 Play for one child and an accompanying adult.
We are asking children to draw their dream home. Being as extravagant or imaginative for us to use on our next leaflet.
They can use any drawing materials they wish to showcase their masterpiece!
Entry is free and needs to be emailed or posted to Kalm Estate Agents by 16th August 2022.
All entries must have your child’s name, age, contact details and confirmation you are happy for Kalm Estate Agents to use your child’s drawing.

Drawing Competition Terms and Conditions
- This competition is organised by Kalm Estate Agents Limited and is open to all children under the age of 16 within UK.
- Entries to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the competition
- Kalm Estate Agents reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Maximum of one entry per person
- Starting date: 30th June 2022 at 09.00
- Closing Date: 16th August 2022 at 19.00
- Any entries received following the closing date will not be included in the competition.
- The prize of an annual Pass for one child will be presented after the closing date of 16th August 2022.
- There will be one winner of the annual pass, who will be notified after the closing date, an announcement on social media and our website will also be made.
- Prize: - The prize for one winner is an annual pass for one child and an accompanying adult at 360 play.
- The prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable
- There is no cash alternative
- By entering the competition you are agreeing for Kalm Estate Agents to have full use of your child’s drawing.
