HELP FIND SANTAS ELVES
We need you to search our ‘For Sale’ property photographs on our website www.kalmestateagents.co.uk and find Santa’s lost elves, ready for Christmas.
There are 10 hiding, we need you to find at least 5, and tell us the property road and which room they are hiding in.
Send us the elves location by 20th December before 5pm, to enter our draw to be in with a chance to win a £50 voucher for Marks and Spencer
The 1st 50 entries that find ALL 10 elves will automatically win a selection box.

- 1. This competition is organised by Kalm Estate Agents and open to all residents of Hertfordshire.
- 2. Entries to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the competition.
- 3. *Kalm Estate Agents reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of the competition.
- 4. Maximum of one entry per person and a maximum of two per household.
- 5. Starting Date: 5th December 2024 at 12.00
- 6. Closing date: 20th December 2024 at 1700
- 7. Any entries received after the closing date will not be included into the draw.
- 8. A maximum of the first 50 entries within specified location that have listed the correct 10 locations will receive a Selection box
- 9. Any entries within the specified location to have listed at least 5 correct locations will be entered into the draw for a £50 voucher.
- 10. The prize is non transferable and non-refundable
- 11. There is no cash alternative for any prize
