I really wish I could give Kalm more than 5 stars! As first time buyers who went through 2 failed house purchases prior, we were naturally nervous and on edge with new viewings and the buying process. When it came to viewing a property with Kalm, I was pleasently surprised with how informed the agent (linzi) was about the house! She even went up into the loft to show us the insulation! We immediately fell in love with the house, we put in an offer and it was accepted within an hour! Linzi went above and beyond for us, she was always available via phone or email and we managed to view the property 3 times before exchange! Being nervous buyers, I can only imagine how pestering we were however, Linzi was only ever kind, patient and helpful. We go the keys to our first home on Monday, and we’re so glad that Kalm were the agents, it’s been such a happy and pleasant process. We couldn’t recommend Kalm enough. She also did the viewings for me, making sure I was kept informed. This professional but friendly service got me a buyer very quickly. Wow – If Carlsbery did Estate Agents …. Linzi is so knowledgable and easy to deal with. She dealt swiftly and effectively with the 4 offers we had on the table and achieved the best outcome in a short timescale.
