We offer a free EPC* for all properties during the duration of your contract with us. Our professional photography and floorplan are provided free of charge for all sales and rental properties. Showing clients your floorplan is vital to help them visualise the space and not something that you should have to pay an addition for.
There is no obligation to use any additional services but we like to take all the stress away from moving so are on hand to show you comparisons for all your moving needs including mortgage advisers, solicitors and removals.
